We at Zendesk have been working hard for the past 13 months building the future of help desk. Today we announced the beta version of Project Lotus, a faster, more intuitive Zendesk.

Nothing is more challenge than designing a help desk app. You want to make sure the interface is not overpowering the content. After all people are using the app to support their customers.

I’ve been working with 55 minutes team on this project for over a month. I was invoived with designing the branding, user interaction and user interface. It’s definitely one of my favorite project. I hope you like it too.
